With lived experience of PTSD and anxiety, we provide the following services:

Using exercise for stress relief from busy lives;

Improving mental health through exercise;

Having positive, enjoyable and achievable sessions tailored to your needs;

Improved resilience and confidence through achieving fitness goals; and

The understanding of what it is like during those tough times.

Please note that exercise is not a replacement for therapy or medications. I am a strong believer in the benefits of both, and will always encourage you to seek help in these areas if needed.
