We specialise in one-on-one training and small group training

All training sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and are based on sound scientific principles.

Our training is positive and enjoyable, with our aim being to turn you into a lifelong lover of fitness.

We always exceed our clients' goals and expectations, and build a community of people who enjoy activities together.

We take a long-term approach to achieving goals and creating new habits that are fun, sustainable, and will bring you the results you want.

With experience in mental health, we can help you on your journey by showing you how exercise can help you in tough times, how to use exercise to achieve stress relief, and how to get positive outcomes.

About Jamie

With decades of coaching, training and teaching experience, Jamie is the fitness trainer you did not know you needed. Fully qualified not only as a Personal Trainer, Jamie is also a qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Teacher, and Coach of numerous sports. Jamie has lived experience of PTSD and anxiety, and loves using exercise to improve people's physical and mental health.

Past careers of being an Army Officer, Teacher, Sports Coach and self-employed contractor have created a perfect storm of experience to make sure you will not only meet your goals, but exceed them.
