A towel that has not seen the inside of a washing machine for a long time.

A beach towel or bath towel.

A tea towel or hand towel.

Your boyfriend's hoodie.

😀 What makes a great gym towel?

An actual, proper gym towel.

↔️ What size are they?

Approx 120cm x 30cm...big enough to cover the bench you're sitting on, small enough to not get caught in the machinery, and the perfect size if you forget your towel for the shower after the workout.

They are $7 at K-Mart, unless you want to go all fancy and get one from Rebel Sport.
