What sort of training do you offer?
I provide a full service involving a huge range of different activities, exercises and modalities. All of the training is individualised with your specific goals and needs in mind.

What is a weekly training program?
A fully customised program of up to five workouts a week. This includes a one-hour demonstration/talk-through. You will be fully supported throughout your training program.

Do I have to be a member of Cityfitness?
No, you do not. I offer fully customised programs that can be done in any gym, at home or outdoors. However, all one-on-one training is done at Cityfitness Upper Hutt.

What are your qualifications?
International Certified Personal Trainer
Corrective Exercise Specialist
Diploma of Teaching
Gymnastics, Rugby, Touch and Netball coach
Lived experience of PTSD and Anxiety

What sort of people do you train?
I train everyone from beginners to athletes, young to old, all body shapes, types and sizes, people who have trained before and those who have never set foot in a gym.

What happens at a consultation?
At the first session, we sit down, discuss your goals and needs, and get you underway on your fitness journey. It also includes some mobility testing.
